These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyndVerse™ website, applications, platform and related services (collectively, “MyndVerse™” or the “Platform”). MyndVerse™ is operated by Aikattva Foundation™, an organisation incorporated in India.
By creating an account, accessing or using MyndVerse™, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Intellectual Property & Content Takedown Policy and other policies applicable to the Platform. If you do not agree, you must not use MyndVerse™.
1. WHO CAN USE MYNDVERSE™
MyndVerse™ is intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. You must not create or maintain an account if you are under 18.
You must provide information that is accurate and not misleading and keep relevant account information reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
You must promptly notify MyndVerse™ if you reasonably believe that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
2. WHAT MYNDVERSE™ IS
MyndVerse™ is a community platform through which users may read and publish articles, participate in discussions, join or discover events, follow topics and members, maintain a private Journal, and participate in recognition or Points programmes where offered.
Features may change over time. We may introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. YOUR CONTENT AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for content you publish, upload, transmit or otherwise make available through MyndVerse™, including articles, discussions, comments, replies, event posts, images, files and profile information.
Your content should comply with applicable law, these Terms, the Community Guidelines and applicable intellectual-property and privacy rights.
You must have the necessary rights, permissions, licences or other lawful authority to publish or share content that you upload.
Content posted by users represents the views of the respective users and does not necessarily represent the views of MyndVerse™ or Aikattva Foundation™.
You should not publish personal or confidential information about another person without lawful authority or appropriate consent.
User-generated content is not necessarily reviewed, verified or endorsed by MyndVerse™ before publication. We may moderate content in accordance with these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law and our other policies.
4. LICENCE TO USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of content that you lawfully own. By submitting content to MyndVerse™, you grant Aikattva Foundation™ and MyndVerse™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, to the extent necessary to operate and provide the Platform, to host, store, reproduce, display, communicate, transmit, format, translate and technically adapt that content.
This licence is limited to purposes connected with operating, maintaining, securing, improving and providing the Platform and its features. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence. You remain responsible for third-party claims arising from content you submit.
5. CONTENT CHECKS, MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT
MyndVerse™ may use automated tools, including text and image analysis, to identify potentially harmful, abusive, fraudulent, spam or otherwise prohibited content.
Automated systems may make mistakes. Where appropriate, content may be subject to additional review or an available grievance or appeal process.
We may remove, restrict, disable access to or limit the visibility of content, or warn, suspend or terminate accounts, where reasonably necessary under these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law or platform safety requirements.
Where MyndVerse™ is legally classified as an intermediary and the relevant intermediary obligations apply to its activities, MyndVerse™ will comply with the applicable due-diligence and grievance requirements under law.
Nothing in these Terms independently declares or guarantees that MyndVerse™ falls within any particular statutory category or qualifies for any particular statutory exemption.
6. RECOGNITION POINTS AND REWARDS
MyndVerse™ may offer points, badges, tiers, recognition or similar non-monetary rewards (“Points”) to encourage constructive participation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Points have no cash or monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged for money or redeemed outside MyndVerse™.
We may determine how Points are earned and displayed and may modify, pause or discontinue a Points programme, subject to applicable law.
We may correct or reverse Points awarded through error, fraud, manipulation or misuse.
Points may lapse or be cancelled when an account is deleted, suspended or terminated, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. JOURNAL AND ARTICLES
MyndVerse™ may provide a private Journal feature for personal writing. Journal entries are intended to remain private and are not published to other members or used for public display merely because they are stored in the Journal.
Journal entries are processed as described in the Privacy Policy and may be subject to technical, security, backup and lawful-retention requirements. Deletion of an account does not require deletion from every backup or system immediately where retention is required or reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or other lawful purposes.
Articles and other content that you choose to publish publicly are different from private Journal entries and may be visible to other users. Public content may be copied, shared or accessed by others after publication.
8. SUPPORT ASSISTANT
MyndVerse™ may provide an automated AI-based support assistant. Responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. They are provided for general support and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice.
You should not rely on the support assistant as a substitute for a qualified professional or emergency service. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identity numbers or other sensitive information unless specifically required through an authorised and secure process.
Information processed through the support assistant is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the technical configuration of the service providers used by MyndVerse™.
9. EVENTS
Events may be organised by Aikattva Foundation™, MyndVerse™, partners, contributors or other third parties. Where MyndVerse™ or Aikattva Foundation™ is not the organiser, the relevant organiser is responsible for the event, including its programme, venue, safety arrangements, permissions, cancellations and participant-specific requirements.
Event participation may be subject to additional registration terms, venue rules, partner terms or safety requirements. You are responsible for following reasonable instructions applicable to the event.
10. THINGS YOU MUST NOT DO
You must not:
break any applicable law or violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines or other applicable Platform policies;
access or attempt to access accounts, data, systems or administrative functions without authorisation;
scrape, crawl, copy, reproduce or systematically extract substantial Platform content or data without written permission or lawful authority;
use bots, scripts or automated means to create accounts, generate artificial engagement or interfere with Platform functionality without authorisation;
upload malware, malicious code or content designed to disrupt, damage or compromise systems;
attempt to bypass security, authentication, access controls, moderation or other technical safeguards;
fraudulently manipulate the Points or recognition programme;
impersonate another person, organisation or authority;
use MyndVerse™ to facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, harassment, unlawful surveillance or other unlawful activity;
infringe third-party intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.
11. MYNDVERSE™ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The MyndVerse™ name, trademarks, logos, visual identity, software, platform design, original text, graphics and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Aikattva Foundation™ or its licensors, except for third-party materials and user content.
Except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorised in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer or commercially exploit MyndVerse™ intellectual property.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of MyndVerse™ intellectual property to you.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
MyndVerse™ may contain links to third-party websites, applications, services, payment providers, event partners or other resources. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Aikattva Foundation™ and MyndVerse™ do not control third-party services and, to the extent permitted by law, are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices or independent acts or omissions.
13. ACCOUNTS, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
You may request deletion of your account through the account controls or other mechanism made available by MyndVerse™. Data handling following deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms or other Platform policies, unlawful conduct, fraud, security risks, repeated abuse, or where required by law or a lawful direction.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may provide notice and an opportunity to raise a grievance. Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Platform, evidence or legal compliance.
14. DISCLAIMERS
MyndVerse™ is provided on an “as available” basis. We seek to operate a reliable and secure service but do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available.
Information and user-generated content on MyndVerse™ may contain errors or opinions with which you disagree. You should independently verify information before relying on it for important decisions.
MyndVerse™ does not provide professional medical, legal, financial or other professional advice merely by making content or support features available.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of third-party content, third-party services or user-generated content.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aikattva Foundation™ and MyndVerse™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or other liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
