Learning something new as an adult can feel daunting. You're used to being competent, and suddenly you're a beginner again. I started learning the tabla at 40, and while I'm still very much a beginner, it's one of the things I'm proudest of. What's something you learned as an adult that you're proud of? A language, an instrument, a sport, a craft, a degree, anything. What helped you keep going?
